Modern Office Interior Design & Build. We completed a full interior fit-out for the new headquarters of a leading financial services firm in Nairobi’s Upper Hill district. The project involved 20,000 square feet of office space, designed to embrace a modern open-plan concept with dedicated collaboration zones and executive offices. Our scope included space planning, interior design, custom joinery, MEP works, and furniture supply. We integrated acoustic panel solutions in open areas to reduce noise, installed energy-efficient LED lighting, and used a warm contemporary color palette that reflects the company’s brand.

Neutral Color Palette:
A minimalist color scheme of whites, grays, and muted tones will dominate. Accents of wood, metal, and glass will be incorporated to add warmth and texture without overwhelming the space.
Furniture and Decor:
Sleek, functional furniture with clean lines will be chosen. There will be minimal decoration, with only select statement pieces such as artwork or sculptures that align with the minimalist aesthetic. Multi-functional furniture (like storage-integrated seating) will be used to maintain tidiness.
Natural Light:
Large windows, glass doors, and strategically placed skylights will ensure an abundance of natural light, enhancing the sense of space and promoting energy efficiency.
