The Goal: Design-Based Agility The objective for Mofund was to create a workspace that embodies innovation and flexibility, going beyond the conventional cubicle. As a top commercial interior design company, we were entrusted with creating a lively headquarters that supports a fast-paced team and makes each employee feel at home from a raw, skeletal space.
This project was a real “blank canvas” problem. We had the chance to create a masterpiece from the ground up because the building was brand-new and only partially finished, requiring everything from basic structural finishes to expert floor grinding. Our design concept strikes a balance between the clean lines of contemporary office renovation concepts and a cosy, welcoming environment that promotes superior performance.
We selected a palette of contrasting textures to create a "New Age Corporate" vibe.
Materials:
We combined the organic comfort of warm wood accents with the robustness of industrial metal. This combination makes the area feel both modern and grounded.
Custom Craftsmanship:
Our team designed and built the furniture specifically to make sure the brand's first impression was memorable. This custom joinery is a useful work of art that demonstrates our dedication to fine craftsmanship and distinctive furniture design.

Superior Acoustics:
We installed custom fabric wall panels by utilising our specialised acoustic services. These also greatly enhance sound quality by lowering distractions and echoes to produce a serene, concentrated atmosphere
Movement & Comfort:
The layout is intended to lower stress and increase daily energy levels with ergonomic zones and quiet areas.

Low-Profile Partitions & Frameless Glass:
We let natural light flood the entire floor plate by avoiding bulky, floor-to-ceiling solid walls.
The "Glow" Effect:
The office appears larger, brighter, and more connected to the outside world because light reaches even the central "bullpen" areas.
