Strategic office planning services are needed to turn a blank canvas into a highly functional space. At KICTANET, we created a headquarters that strikes a balance between the lively energy of a co-working space and the independence of a private suite. This project is a demonstration of our proficiency as a top interior design company.
“Modularity and Flexibility” was the central idea behind the KICTANET workspace. Our objective was to design a space that could work independently for concentrated work while seamlessly integrating with the larger co-working space when necessary. By emphasising a “bright, airy, and open feel”, we made sure the workspace stayed welcoming and free of the claustrophobic atmosphere that is frequently present in conventional office layouts.
Our method of commercial design combined aesthetic refinement with structural accuracy:
Intelligent Zoning:
To create a layout that adjusts to the team's daily needs, we used both stationary and movable gypsum partitions.
Accurate Cabinetry:
To maintain the office's efficiency and organisation, a special print station and safe storage lockers were constructed.
Expert Finishings:
Every component, from frameless glass partitions to expert ceiling plastering, was selected to accentuate a feeling of upscale professionalism.
We think a productive office is one that is in good health. Environmental comfort was given top priority in KICTANET’s wellness-focused design:
Natural Light Integration:
We made sure that sunlight could reach far into the office by utilising large glass doors and partitions in all of the new spaces, which improved morale and lessened eye strain.
Airy Volumes:
The open floor plan was created especially to avoid crowding and create a space where thoughts can move as freely as the air.
To retain a timeless look, a clean and clear palette has been achieved through heavy skimming and repainting on all walls and ceilings. The inclusion of self-levelling epoxy floors not only retains a modern look but is also very durable in nature.

With a fully customised kitchen area, complete with granite countertops and an expert sink system, in-office breaks and snacks have never been easier.
Strategic Electrical Planning:
Contrary to expecting a location that is fully modernised when acquiring a house, we focused on the strategic electrical planning involved in revamping the whole electrical system for a reliable power supply in our office.
Despite the challenges that come with a locked-up city tower, we were able to provide a one-stop “Design & Build” solution. From the design of 3D models and lighting plans to the finished waste disposal solutions, we have provided KICTANET with a work environment that is equipped for expansion from day one.
